About Fleurian
I am currently a graduate student in a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology program, licensed with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
With nearly 20 years of experience as an educator and vice-principal, I’m deeply familiar with the wide range of emotions that come with navigating the challenges of growing up — from managing stress and relationships with family and friends to discovering your identity, purpose, and passions. For adult clients, this can often mean exploring patterns, cycles, beliefs, or experiences that stem from childhood. My goal is to help you move toward a genuine sense of wholeness, happiness, and sustainable well-being. Supporting individuals and families through emotional distress and life transitions — including issues related to identity, self-esteem, gender identity and expression, mental health (anxiety and depression), grief, loss, and spiritual growth — is at the heart of my practice.
From a relational, cyclical, compassion-focused, and somatic lens, I work with clients on how to feel more embodied and aware of their own world--both inner and outer--and how best to navigate the experience of being human. Resilience, sovereignty, and authenticity are just some of the themes and processes that might guide our work together. I believe that no one should ever be made to feel alone in this work, for I trust in the transformative power of the human spirit.

More About Fleurian
No stranger to struggle, I have used the gift that is this life to explore self-care before there ever seemed to be an industry for it. From spending time in temple and multi-faith community, as a student of mantra, to training as a Hatha Yoga Restorative teacher, I have found so much care in turning inward. Ever a lover of animals, I am an Animal Reiki Master Teacher and work with those seeking companionship and end-of-life care for their beloved animal guardians.
I find so much beauty in expressivity, and as such, have authored two books (one juvenile fiction, about queerness and coming out, and another a book of prose marking inner shifts in being). My third is in pre-publication, the latest giving voice to the universal parts of me that seek to explain what stirs so sweetly within us all.
