About Lisa
I’m Lisa, a compassionate counsellor and Registered Social Service Worker in Ontario through OCSWSSW. I support individuals experiencing stress, emotional struggles, or life’s challenges with a gentle, mindful, and trauma-informed approach. My goal is to help you feel more grounded and confident as you reconnect with your own strengths and inner wisdom. When people work with me,
they can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where they are seen, heard, and supported at their own pace.
Alongside counselling, I offer trauma-informed yoga and end-of-life doula services. These complementary supports can deepen self-awareness, ease stress, and create space for meaningful reflection. For those nearing the end of life or supporting a loved one, I provide legacy work, planning support, and compassionate presence.
I bring not only professional expertise but also the perspective of someone who has walked through many of life’s seasons. My holistic, person-centered approach meets you exactly where you are—whether you’re seeking balance, making sense of the past, or finding new ways to cope.

More About Lisa
Beyond my professional roles as a Registered Social Service Worker and yoga teacher, I am happily married and blessed with three wonderful adult children and a great son-in-law!

When I’m not engrossed in reading or expanding my knowledge, you’ll often find me outdoors, exploring trails with my husband and our dog. I also love gardening and experimenting with new recipes in my free time.
