Psychotherapy and Wellness Retreat Details
Briar and Andrew are creating an international small-group psychotherapy and wellness retreat for you!
We commit to focusing on authentic, local, and organic providers for our venues to help us maintain our personal values and integrity with the retreat experiences we offer.

We want this to be a deeply nourishing you focused space! We really value hearing what is your priority for how you need to show up.
​
Our overall thematic focus will include a discovery of Reparenting skills, the meanings we place on our lives through narratives, impacts to our identity, and the affects on our relationships.​​​
Pricing and Timing of Your Retreat
​Dates: August 11 to August 15 2026 in Todi, Umbria, Italy.

Early Bird Price (Until February 28th, 2026) $1900 of which $500 may be claimable as a psychotherapy receipt. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Regular price as of March 1st, 2026, $2250.

These rates ensure semi-private rooms. Private room price additional $487.

​​​This retreat includes your food, accommodations, travel to the venue and back from Rome, and of course the experiential workshops and modalities!

The Details:

5 day 4 night stay at the Tara Nature Retreat Center (Find more on them here https://www.taranatureretreat.com/).

Psychotherapy, yoga, movement, breathwork, and related workshops. (All stages of physical ability and experience welcome).

All meals and food prepared by local chefs, including a pasta making workshop. (Dietary restrictions are able to be accommodated for! Please let us know).

Access to gorgeous private retreat grounds, pool, and nature trails.

Private group shuttle from Rome to Retreat venue and back.
